There are no hidden costs — this fee is strictly for planning, organisation, and coordination. Dental treatments and any additional services are paid separately, directly to the providers.
After payment, you’ll receive access to our detailed online form. Here, you can tell us about:

Any existing diagnoses, X-rays, or treatment plans (if available)
Preferred travel dates and length of stay
Comfort, timing, or special requirements
You can also let us know if you’re interested in additional services during your visit, such as:

Once we receive your completed form, we begin coordinating with our network of trusted, experienced dental clinics in Hungary. Dental treatment remains the priority, and we carefully structure your plan to ensure:

Efficient scheduling across treatment days
A realistic and comfortable overall timeline
If you’ve requested additional treatments or services, we coordinate these around your dental appointments to ensure everything fits smoothly into your stay.
We organise and align:

Any approved cosmetic, wellness, or beauty services
Recommended accommodation options (if requested)
At this stage, all appointments are provisionally scheduled and subject to confirmation.
When your plan is complete, you will receive a detailed email outlining:
Your dental treatment schedule and appointment times
The overall structure and duration of your visit
Any additional services included in your plan
The total calculated cost of all planned treatments and services
Payment of the total calculated treatment cost constitutes formal confirmation of your acceptance of the proposed treatment plan. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with finalising and securing all appointments and services included in the plan.
Please note that no treatments, appointments, or services can be booked or guaranteed without payment. If payment is not received, all proposed schedules remain provisional and may be subject to change or unavailability.
Once your treatment plan has been confirmed through payment and all appointments have been secured, you may proceed to book your flights and accommodation according to your preferences and budget.

Whether your visit is focused solely on dental care or includes additional wellness or cosmetic treatments, we work to provide a structured, transparent, and reliable planning process.
