What exactly is Dentescape?

Dentescape is a planning and coordination service focused primarily on dental treatment abroad, with Hungary as our main destination.

We help you organise your dental visit by turning your details into a clear treatment plan and schedule, so you know what to expect before you travel. While dentistry is our core focus, some clients also combine their trip with related cosmetic or wellness treatments, which we can take into account during planning if relevant.

Dentescape does not provide medical care — we make the process clear, organised, and manageable, so you can decide with confidence.

You pay a planning and coordination fee. This covers the time and expertise needed to review your information, coordinate with dental clinics, and prepare a realistic treatment schedule for your visit.
Dental treatment costs, accommodation and any other treatment booked for you are paid separately, directly to the clinic, service provider or host of accommodation.

Once you submit your details and complete payment, we:

  • Review your dental needs and preferences

  • Coordinate with suitable dental clinics in Budapest

  • Create a structured plan with treatment days and appointments

  • Send everything to you by email in a clear, easy-to-follow format

After that, you’re free to decide how you want to proceed.

No. There is no obligation to go ahead with treatment.
The plan is there to give you clarity — what you do with it is entirely up to you. But keep in mind that the Planning & Coordination fee is non-refundable in case you decide to not move ahead with your plan. If you plan to visit at a later time, you will have to pay the Planning & Coordination fee again and fill the provided form.

Hungary is one of Europe’s most established destinations for dental care, with modern clinics, EU-qualified dentists, and treatment costs that are often 50–75% lower than UK private prices. Many patients travel simply because the same level of care is far more affordable.

Yes. Dentists in Hungary are EU-qualified and regulated, and clinics operate under strict European healthcare standards. Many use the same materials, technologies, and implant brands as UK clinics.

We coordinate with trusted clinics based on the information you provide, but you remain in control. When you fill the provided form, you can state your preferences. We will try our best to book the professionals chosen by you, but appointment booking depends on their availability and the timing of your stay.
The plan we send you is transparent and informational, so you know what’s involved before making any decisions.

We don’t book flights for you. Once you receive your treatment plan, you can book your plane ticket. Accommodation will be provided for you during your stay, but it is paid separately; it is NOT included in the Planning & Coordination fee. You can decide to book your own accommodation; in this case, we ask you to let us know that you don’t need accommodation provided by us.

Planning times vary depending on the complexity of treatment, but most plans are prepared within a few working days after receiving your completed form and payment.

Dental treatment plans can evolve once a dentist performs an in-person examination. Your plan is designed to give you a realistic structure, but final clinical decisions are always made by the treating dentist.

Only what is necessary to create your plan. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared solely for coordination and planning purposes.

Dentescape is ideal for people who:

  • feel priced out of private dental care at home

  • want clarity before travelling for treatment

  • prefer a structured plan instead of guesswork

If you’re comfortable managing everything alone, you may not need our service — and that’s okay.

You can. Many people do.
Dentescape exists for those who want guidance, coordination, and clarity upfront, without spending hours researching clinics, timelines, and logistics on their own.

That’s entirely your choice.
Some people proceed quickly, others take time to think it through. The goal is simple: you finally know what’s realistic, before spending money or booking travel.
Keep in mind, the provided plan is kept for you only for a week. If you decide not to go ahead with your plan, or we don’t receive the payment for the treatments, your appointments will be cancelled. Rescheduling means you will have to start the process from the beginning.
